LOGISTICS 28 KMS:
All participants are expected 28kms at Domaine de l'Etoile at 6:15 a.m. latest for the first control Check Point and the race will start at 6:45 a.m. sharp.

LOGISTICS 15 KMS:
All participants of the 15kms race are expected at Domaine de l'Etoile at 7:00 a.m. The race will start at 7:30 a.m. sharp.

LOGISTICS 10 KMS:
All participants of the 10kms race are expected at Domaine de l'Etoile at 7:30 a.m. The race will start at 8:15 a.m. sharp.

We request participants to respect the environment around, in case of pollution by the participants, he/she will be immediately disqualified by the organisation. All waste must be thrown away at checkpoints only.

Bring along or invite friends or family to support and cheer you at arrival and take full advantage of Domaine de L'Etoile and see the atmosphere of Ferney Trail. Catering and entertainment will be available after the race.


Your race pack

The race pack includes:

  • - T-shirt which is mandatory to wear at least at the start or the finish of the race.
  • - Participant's number card, required to submit at key stage for marking.

 

Collecting the Race Packs

  • Collect at Ebène Skies Ltd on 28, 29, 30 September, from 10.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

To collect this race pack, each participant must present his OTAYO TICKET. If collected by a third party, the designated person must provide a copy of his identity card, and the participant's OTAYO ticket.

 

Cancellation procedure

Please note the deadline for registration is the 15 September 2011, as from 16 September 2011 there will be a 25% charge for all registration.

Cancellation fees  - Before 16/09/11 : 80% refund | As from 16/09/11 : No refund.



Medical Certificate

No medical certificate is required to participate in the race. However, it is recommended that particpants ≥ 40 years do a health check with a sports doctor or cardiologist especially if it's their first participation to such an event.
